Carlos, Quito is amazing and really beautiful (especially at night). I have been here 3 times before and I have always felt safe. Unfortunately the political situation now is not so good and there are many, many more visible police and military. I will keep my guardian angel close by! Congrats again on your Yankees! God bless!
