'Critical Thinking' Law Ends Evolutionists Monoply in Louisiana Schools

I found the following to be really great news for education in Louisiana! Thanks to Amy Proctor for this info: Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has signed the Louisiana Science Education Act. This law, which ensures that science present evidence both for and against Darwinian evolution in Louisiana public schools, essentially ends the monopoly in the science classrooms by evolutionists hostile to the Intelligent Design theory, or creationism. It also promotes critical thinking in the classroom after decades of evolution-only teaching that has bullied other theories out of the teaching process in America’s public schools.

The bill was passed unanimously by the Louisiana state senate, and passed the state House by a vote of 93-4. To read the text of the bill please click here.

Unfortunately, many religious people completely buy into evolution. Jesus himself, however, believed in the literal scriptural account by every indication. He spoke of Adam and Eve, Noah and the flood, the creation of the world, and not in allegorical terms.

I'm happy GOV Jindal signed this bill. Many conservatives even say the bill is a step backwards into the dark ages, which is why conservativism is going down the drain right now in America.

It is ok to believe in the big bang as long as you believe in an even bigger banger.
