The Priest is an Instrument of Salvation if He Trusts in God

There was great anticipation this Sunday for the Popes Angelus in Les Combes, as it was the village where the Holy Father has been spending his holidays. The Bishop of Aosta, Giuseppe Anfossi, after celebrating mass, welcomed Pope Benedict on behalf of his diocese and on behalf of everyone who had come from near and far to be in Les Combes for the Angelus. The Bishop also thanked the Holy Father for his visit to the Cathedral of Aosta on Friday where he presided over Vespers. Before reciting the Marian Prayer the Pope referred to a passage in St Johns Gospel which recounts the miracle of the loaves and the fishes.
