City of God vs City of Man

The video is of a prayer vigil of the Helpers of God's Precious Infants outside the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Brooklyn on Nov. 15 2008. The surgery center is really an abortion facility. This video is pretty disturbing to watch, but it is worth taking in the reality that is all around us. The praying Church has to stay focused on the cross of Christ and remain faithful! God bless all those who fight for the rights of the unborn.

Mother Teresa was a great saint and witness to the value of all human life. As we enter more deeply into this battle for life it is helpful to recall her words at the National Prayer Breakfast in 1994:

I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself.

And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even His life to love us. So, the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love, that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts.

By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems.

And, by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion.

Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. This is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.

Some very talented musicians and dancers; pitiful use of their talent.

I prayed right along with the Helpers of God's Precious Infants and prayed in tongues as well...My prayers were joined with them that day...as all is in the Present NOW with God....God bless them for what they did and may God have mercy on the opposing forces...across the way....I could sense fear in all of them fear of the Power of God they were dealing with.........Lord Help the Infants and Bring them safely to Heaven....

How moving to see the young girl with Down's Syndrome and the man in the wheelchair among the participants. The peaceful prayer warriors pose such a stark contrast to the angry, demonic looking crowd on the other side. We also pray with an HGPI group and we have been posting You Tube clips of similar behavior by the deathscorts at an abortuary in our town. (They hate being exposed.) Hopfully some of these misguided young people will be affected by their prayers.

I had a couple of thoughts while watching this video. First, the pro-choicers are such bullies. It is obvious to me who are the peaceful group of people who are just present to pray and ask people to give the babies a chance. Then there are the loud bullies who don't want the prayers to be heard. Why are they so afraid of prayer? Because Satan doesn't want prayers. Who is representing God and who is representing Satan here? I wish the pro-choicers could watch this video and see what side they are on. Maybe that would be enough to change their hearts. Not only are the pro-choicers bullying the peaceful prayer warriors, they are bullying the unborn babies. These little innocents can't speak for themselves. What chance do they stand against the bullies who don't value their lives? They need the prayer warriors to never give up. God bless all prayer warriors! Ave Maria.

Our Lady of America, Pray for us!

Evil is at work on many levels in this country. Is is trying to destroy that which is good and holy in God's eyes.

Protect the unborn and change the heart of Mr. Obama so that he stops supporting the murder of innocents both here and abroad.

I am Catholic, and I did have an abortion. I must admit that if those people were there I wouldn't have had done it. What a wonderful video.

Those counter protesters will not be prancing around and blowing their trumpets when they land in hell. What a disgusting and shameful spectacle of communism running rampant on the streets of Brooklyn.
